1. Returns​

 

1.1 Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

1.2 Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:

•Opened items.

•Items outside of the return window.

 

2. Return Process

 

2.1 Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact us at activeappliancesonline@gmail.com or on 0649297690. Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how and where to send your package.

2.2 Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

3. Refunds

 

3.1 Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 21 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

3.2 Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):

•Items with obvious signs of use

•Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

•Items returned more than 21 days after delivery

 

4. Exchanges
